The United Arab Stevedoring Company has been established in 1963 In Alexandria and the one of the oldest stevedoring company in the Arab Republic of the Egypt. The Company owns The Equipment’s and Workers at the highest level. The Company characterized by commitment, Proficiency and Speed in the performance of the Work due to the Company’s Capabilities according to the management and chairman of the board of Directors . The company has a clear vision, strong direction and Future Plan to achieve New Customers of the company and maintain The Existing Customers who trust The company.

Legal Form

An Egyptian Joint Stock Company under Law No. 203 of 1991 with authorized and paid up capital and a source of LE 200 million distributed over 200 million shares with a nominal value of LE 1 per share.
The company is a subsidiary of the Holding Company for Maritime and Land Transport and is listed on the Stock Exchange on June 4, 1998 and the fiscal year begins on the 1st of July each year.
Dates of Board of Directors: At least once a month.
Dates of the General Assemblies: The last of each financial year after the examination of the financial statements by the auditors of the Central Authority for Accountancy and their delivery to the Stock Exchange and the Authority, as well as when preparing the estimated budget during the month of April of each year.

In addition to the transportation operation to and from the customer Stores and centers of aggregation and export outside the Customs office to the different work sites and vice versa used in the appropriate equipment for each quality of the types of goods and workers specialized and trained with simplification of all procedures.
The Company Carriers out transport operations &installation outside and inside the port and can be agreed in advance and provide storage and aggregation inside and outside the customs fees.
